Very old, very nice, rustic farmhouse "Prato al Sole", built in 1400, renovated in 2002, surrounded by trees and meadows is situated 8 km from Bucine. This farm produces the famous Chianti wine and olive oil. It is situated in the middle of the cultural triangle of Florence, Siena and Arezzo.

This is a 1-room studio for 3 persons. There is a living/sleeping room with 1 sofa bed, 1 double bed and satellite-TV. Kitchen is equipped withoven, dishwasher, micro wave. Shower/bidet/WC. Suitable for wheelchair use. Washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, for extra cost), drying room, heating payable locally (01.11.-31.03.)
