A compact chalet at 1300m. just outside the small and cul-de-sac resort of St Oswald. 700m from the Nationalparkbahn gondola for mountain access in both winter and summer. and located next to a relaxing stream . This stream used to power the millstone that was once in the house. and 100m downstream another mill house survives intact. The chalet itself is compact. but fully equipped - with dishwasher. stereo. and fireplace. Upstairs there is a gallery bedroom. which leads to the main double bedroom. 4 people can be accomodated in comfort. but there is room for another 2 on the sofa bed in the living room downstairs. Around the chalet there is ca 200m2 of fenced garden. with a BBQ and garden furniture. 4km downhill is the cosmopolitan thermal spa resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim with its many shops. restaurants and. of course. spa centres. whilst lake Millstattersee is also only 20 mins away by car.
