Airden House is situated approximately 5 minutes away from the city centre, York Minster, the York Art Gallery, the York Theatre, the main shopping area and the Tourism Bureau.

York's rail and bus stations are approximately a 10-minute walk from the house.

York has a wide variety of restaurants and bars to cater to all tastes and price ranges.

The River is a 5-minute stroll from Airden House where you can relax in peace or take a boat trip along the Ouse. For golf enthusiasts a course is approximately 4 miles away. For your convenience, Airden House is completely non-smoking. The guest house has limited car parking available on a first come, first served basis and thereafter there is a public car park at the bottom of the street.
