Tranquility and much to enjoy is exactly what characterizes this coastal corner of the state of Veracruz: Costa de Oro and Arroyo de Lisa (beach that offers options for those who like alternative tourism and adventure), twin communities. Visitors to this less frequented spot in the southern Los Tuxtlas region enjoy a rare array of attractions: beach, river, waterfall, a seaside cave (authentic pirate refuge), bird island marine, archeological site, lighthouse, abseiling cliff, boating, diving, shell, horse riding, wildlife viewing, walking paths in the tropics. Just over a kilometer from Arroyo de Lisa's cabins is Roca Partida, a large rocky massif by the sea. Its lighthouse on high guides both boats and those passing by. On another sweaty walk, she climbs to share with the lighthouse the marine watercolor that stretches before her eyes. And then a 40 meter jump to the sea, but with the necessary rappelling ropes, to be received on a boat.



Visit the 12-meter-high De Mingo waterfall, reached after a half-hour walk, and the untapped archaeological site. Just over a kilometer from Arroyo de Lisa's cabins is Roca Partida, a large rocky massif by the sea.
