In addition, visitors cannot bring anything from the island (shells, snails or crabs).



How to get

To reach Isla Iguana, you must reach Los Santos Province, specifically Pedasí, then El Arenal Beach and then take a boat that will take you directly to the island.



You can also find a great diversity of animals such as crabs (Mangotes, Kikirikakiris, ghost and concholi), birds such as: wigs, also known as frigates, among other migratory birds; In addition to their great marine richness, corals, different species of fish and hawksbill turtles abound. But if you are very curious and adventurous, snorkel, discover a great marine biodiversity and, if you are lucky, you can see whales and dolphins that also visit this area frequently.



As for vegetation, this island has two trails, in one of them the well-known Panama tree, in addition to some species of bitter cedar and fruit trees among them: mamón, cashew, plum, guava and plum.
