Torremolinos
Torremolinos is a municipality on the Costa del Sol of the Mediterranean, immediately west of the city of Malaga, in the province of Malaga in the autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain. It belongs to the region of Western Costa del Sol. The poor fishing village before the growth of tourism from the late 1950s, Torremolinos was the first city on the Costa del Sol to develop.

Other typical dishes of this area in the province of Malaga are mollusks, paellas, seafood soup, sardines on the spit and of course the gazpacho, a cold soup made from tomatoes and vegetables which is very delicious and refreshing during the hot summer months.
Those who prefer salads simply should not leave without trying the salad of roasted peppers and salad typical of Malaga. Both salads will certainly be appreciated even by those who are not accustomed to eating them.
On June 7 they celebrate the fried fish day, where all tourists and visitors can enjoy food and drinks in La Carihuela.
