The resort boasts the highest level of luxury accommodation, restaurants and branded shops. It has 12 Michelin-starred restaurants and two 6-star hotels, but you can enjoy a holiday here on a much more reasonable budget.
Courchevel is a great choice for all levels of skiers and there are also many for non-skiers. The Courchevel ski area offers a wide range of slopes, from gentle downhill to Grand Couloir, black graded and of course the vast off-piste areas. With a total area of 150 km of slopes, snow parks and a boardercross area, it offers more than enough to keep up the entertainment.

Ski slopes
1. Creux
Creux is a long blue runway leading to the Aiguille Du Fruit and Roc Mugnier cable cars. It starts off wide and can get quite crowded, but as the track progresses it narrows a little and gets less busy.
2. Suisses
You can access this track at the top of Vizelle, above Courchevel. It is a wide, black track that is not very steep and has great snow conditions that even intermediate skiers can tackle. If you are looking for a challenge, get off at the top of the Suisse cable car and turn right as you would take the M-lane.
3. Indians
This gentle tree-lined track is great for skiing with children, as there are red Indian tents at the top of the track. Take the Marquis and ski at Courchevel 1650.
4. Grand Coulior
This track was prepared as one of the scariest in the French Alps. Access is from the top of Saulire, skiers must travel a narrow path to reach the start of the track. From here, it is a short but steep and narrow section that leads to the red Saulire lane.

Snow conditions
With 700 snow cannons in the Three Valleys, the slopes are always immaculately prepared and snow is more reliable than the rest of the 3 Valleys, as most of the slopes face north. The Courchevel resort and the Three Valleys guarantee that they will have "more snow than any other ski area".
