The property consists of a fenced area of about 14 hectares, within which are the Curia Thermal Baths (Thermal and Buvette establishment), the Curia Thermal Hotel and the Curia Thermal Park.

Open all year round, the Curia Spa has the uniqueness of its Art Deco Buvette, where you can drink the thermal water. The Curia Thermal Spa offers clients health-related treatments, but also alternatives to those who wish to take advantage of the unique features of the hot springs in spa, anti-stress, weight loss programs or simply to rest.

During your stay be sure to sample the gastronomy and wines of the region, visit the Bairrada area and enjoy the Curia Golf Course.

The mineromedicinal waters of the Curia Spa are of calcium and magnesium sulphated nature.
